Terms of service

By requesting a quote or engaging Easy Scaffolding for any services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Easy Scaffolding provides scaffolding hire and installation services across Dunedin. All work is carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with New Zealand health and safety regulations.

2. Quotes & Pricing All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are in NZD and include GST unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from those described at the time of quoting.

3. Payment Terms A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due [on completion / within 7 days of invoice]. Overdue accounts may incur a late payment fee.

4. Hire Period The agreed hire period begins on the date of installation. Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Cancellations Cancellations made with less than [24 hours] notice may forfeit the deposit. Easy Scaffolding reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unsafe site conditions.

6. Liability Easy Scaffolding holds public liability insurance. The client is responsible for ensuring site access and that the scaffolding is not modified or misused during the hire period.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
