Refund policy

Cancellations Cancellations must be made in writing to 021 086 23179 or [your email address].

  • Cancellations made more than [24 hours] before the scheduled installation date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid
  • Cancellations made within [24 hours] of the scheduled date will forfeit the full deposit.

Refunds Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Service Issues If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of installation. We will assess the issue and, where fault lies with Easy Scaffolding, rectify it at no additional cost.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
